Once downloaded, run the application for remote support. After it has initialised you will see something similar to below. Provide ‘Your ID’ to the technician requesting access. This will allow one of our technicians to connect remotely to control your PC for support purposes. There is no install required, it will only be functional while it is running. Once you close the application the support link will end.
